This great marinade is an exciting addition to any basic meat dish.


  • Skewers:

  • 200 g bear tenderloin

  • 350 g lamb (leg)

  • salt

  • Sauce:

  • 200ml cream

  • 50ml vodka

  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard (Provençale)

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2.5 tsp garlic, grated

  • 1.5 tsp honey

  • 3 tbs lingonberries

  • 1/2 pack bacon, cut into small pieces

  • salt

  • Garnish:

  • chopped dill, lingonberries


  • 1.

    Cut the meat into smaller pieces, add salt and brown quickly in a frying pan. Skewer the meat and bake in 175°C oven for 8 minutes. Sautée onion and garlic in a saucepan. Add vodka and let simmer for a while. Add cream, honey, mustard and salt. Let the sauce reduce.

    Fry the bacon until crisp. Serve the skewers with sauce, chopped dill, fried bacon and lingonberries.
