Go on, treat yourself this this quick and tasty dessert! It only has 4 ingredients. 


  • 40g unsalted butter at room temp

  • 4 juicy peaches

  • 8 tbsp caster sugar plus extra

  • 8 tbsp freshly squeezed orange Juice


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180/350/gas 4

  • 2.

    Rub the butter over the peaches and coat them in sugar. Place in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 30 mins.

  • 3.

    While the peaches are cooking put 8 tablespoons of sugar and orange juice in a small pan. Bring to the boil until it thickens and begins to froth.

  • 4.

    Turn of the heat and allow the syrup to continue to thicken.

  • 5.

    Serve the peaches drizzled with the syrup.
