Get the kids in the kitchen to make this healthier chocolaty spread they will love.


  • 100g hazelnut butter

  • 1 x 400g tin of black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil

  • 4 tablespoons raw honey

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • A small pinch of sea salt


  • 1.

    Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high-powered blender and pulse until the desired consistency.

  • 2.

    Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
