Perfect for work lunches, this recipe simply requires you to add hot water when ready to eat. Clever!
Add your ginger, garlic, chilli, sesame oil and tamari to your heatproof jar.
Add your shredded chicken on top of these, along with your spinach or cabbage and coriander. Follow these with your vegetable noodles.
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
When ready, boil the kettle and remove the lime wedge from the jar.
Let the boiled water sit for a minute or two before adding it to the jar, leaving a half-inch gap at the top.
Stir, cover and let sit five minutes.
Remove the lid, stir again, squeeze in the lime juice and enjoy.
