  • 1 tsp matcha green tea

  • 1/4 cup hot water

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla expert

  • 2 cups ice


  • 1.

    Add match to 2 tsp water.

  • 2.

    Mix with fork until matcha is completely dissolved.

  • 3.

    Add remaining hot water, stirring constantly.

  • 4.

    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  • 5.

    Blend on high until mixture  is smooth and creamy.
