  • 3 cups cauliflower (rough chopped)

  • ¼ cup cashews(crushed)

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 1 pinch cinnamon


  • 1.

    Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to boil over medium heat.

  • 2.

    Reduce heat to low and cover with a tight fitting lid.

  • 3.

    Simmer for 15 minutes and then remove from heat.

  • 4.

    Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to get the mixture moving.
