Ice cream for breakfast? Why not! The addition of coconut milk to this acai bowl makes it a delicious, creamy, quick and easy, nutrient packed summer breaky. If you don’t have access to frozen acai try using powder and add an extra frozen banana.
In a blender place acai pulp, frozen banana and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Add extra coconut milk until desired consistency.
Pour into bowl and top with fresh fruit, buckinis and cacao nibs.
