  • 45ml Hendricks Gin

  • 15ml Catron Apricot brandy

  • 30ml Cucumber juice

  • 30ml lime juice

  • 15ml Sugar syrup

  • Mint leaves, to garnish


  • 1.

    Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake well, and then strain into a coupette glass. If you don't have a coupette glass - a martini or similar short cocktail glass will do.

  • 2.

    Garnish with a mint leaf or two and serve.
