scramble eggs


  • 6 eggs

  • 100 g organic ground beef

  • 1 small onion chopped fine

  • 1 red pepper seedless

  • 1 Zucini chopped or anything You like (potatoes , carrots , bell pepper , peas , beans spinach )

  • Salt pepper to taste

  • 1 table spoon oil

  • 1 large tomatoe chopped with skin or you can use ready diced tomatoes

    Fry the onions add the ground beef or fry seperte , add the veggies and let them cook for 10 min add the eggs mix well till all combined season it and serve it with pita bread and pickles we like it with tea more authentic Syrian dish , hope you give it a try and as always enjoy
