Ingredients

  • Peace Juice Base2 x 350ml SumoSalad Cold Pressed ‘Power’ Juices100ml Cherry Juice2 Ripe Bananas20g Fresh Blueberries20g Acai Berries or Powder20g Fresh Raspberries6 Strawberries10g AvocadoSuperfoods1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds½ Teaspoon Flaxseed1 Teaspoon Wheat Germ½ Teaspoon Cacao1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen Plus, additional for garnish1 Teaspoon Maca Powder½ Teaspoon Matcha Green Tea Powder1 Tablespoon Crushed Walnuts5ml Chamomile Liquid (optional for extra zen)Toppings and Garnish250g Greek Yoghurt350ml SumoSalad ‘Power’ Cold Pressed Juice Granita350ml SumoSalad ‘Glow’ Cold Pressed Juice Granita3 Large Stems of Basil3 Large Stems of MintHandful of fresh Blueberries, Strawberries and Pomegranate SeedsA few stems of LavenderJasmine flowers or edible flowersSkewers

Method

  • 1.

    Pour SumoSalad ‘Power’ and ‘Glow’ cold pressed juices in separate shallow containers and place in freezer until semi-frozen.Combine the Peace Juice base ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.Add all superfoods to the Peace Juice mix, combine well and pour into a large mason jar.Skewer garnish fruit and flowers onto sticks.Place a large dollop of Greek yogurt onto the Peace Juice, and then layer with more Greek yoghurt and ‘Power’ and ‘Glow’ juice granitas until overflowing. Make sure the Greek yoghurt layer is on top.Garnish the Peace Juice with basil, mint, lavender, fruit and flower skewers, berries, pomegranate seeds and bee pollen.
