This dairy-free smoothie is full of goodness.


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 150 g ( 1 cup) frozen blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup, coconut nectar or dates)

  • 625 ml (2 ½ cups) almond milk


  • 1.

    Pop your ingredients into the blender and whizz until you have the consistency you like.

  • 2.

    Pour into a glass and serve with leftover blueberries to garnish.
