  • 1 sweet potato peeled

  • Grated 1/4 Japanese pumpkin peeled

  • 2 corn on the cobs, corns removed

  • 1 chopped egg

  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour

  • 200 g smoked salmon

  • 1/4 cup chives chopped

  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

  • Salt & pepper


  • 1.

    Mix all the fritter ingredients in a bowl.

  • 2.

    In a frying pan, fry a teaspoon of mix at a time until cooked on both sides.

  • 3.

    Top the fritters with tzatziki then salmon then chives.
