Crunchy noodles provide some much-needed texture to your average salad. 


  • ½ -1 Chinese cabbage, or ¼ savoy cabbage, shredded finely

  • 6 green onion, sliced to 4-5mm

  • 100g lightly roasted slivered almonds or pine nuts

  • 1 packet Fried Noodles or Crunchy Noodles

  • 1 bottle Oriental Salad Dressing (we tried Chang's)


  • 1.

    Combine the sliced cabbage, chopped green onions and almonds in a salad bowl.

  • 2.

    Add salad dressing to taste, and mix well. Add fried noodles to the salad just before serving.
