Pre-heat your oven to 180C. Cut the sheet of Pampas puff pastry into quarters. Use a fork to poke holes over each pastry square, leaving a 1cm border on each. Place back into the fridge whilst you prepare the other ingredients.
Peel and thinly slice your onion and mushrooms. Grate or tear apart your cheese and cut the ham or salami into small pieces.
Place the pastry onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Evenly spread about 1 Tbsp of tomato on the pastry leaving the border. The border of pastry will become the ‘crust’ of the pizza. Evenly spread over your other ingredients and finish with the cheese. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the pastry is golden and flakey.
