  • 500ml (2 cups) Anchor Pure Cream

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 120ml lemon juice


  • 1.

    Place cream, honey and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil.

  • 2.

    Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

  • 3.

    Remove from the heat and stir in lemon juice.

  • 4.

    Pour into ramekins, glasses or dainty teacups and chill until set for 4-6 hours.
