Satisfy your sweet tooth with this healthy, spicy recipe. 


  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1 teabag (English breakfast)

  • 1 x cinnamon stick

  • 1 x star anise

  • 2 x green cardamom pods

  • 1-2 tbsp honey


  • 1.

    Put all the ingredients into a small pot and gently warm on the stove for 10-15 minutes, allowing the spices ample time to infuse.

  • 2.

    Strain and enjoy hot or put into molds and freeze as popsicles.

  • 3.

    Perfect for hot nights after dinner or a great summer substitute to your morning cup of tea.
