This easy-to-make breakfast treat will renew your love for good ol' baked beans on toast.
Spray a heavy based saucepan liberally with olive oil. Place over a medium/low heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until softened. Add garlic and paprika and stir for 1 minute longer.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili and cannellini beans. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on toasted bread and sprinkle with parsley.
