Mix 250g Greek yoghurt and 2 cups of self raising flour into a smooth dough.
Cut dough in half.
Mix in crumbled feta and chopped basil
Split dough into 6 pieces and shape
Cook in pan with a light smear of olive oil
Marinate with lemon, garlic, chicken stock, olive oil and pepper.
Cook in fry pan or barbeque
Grate and strain cucumbers
Place filling in cooked flat breads
