A fudgy and decadent treat. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Melt butter and sit aside to cool.
Remove leaves from thyme and sit aside.
Sift flour, cocoas, and pinch salt. Add thyme leaves.
Whisk eggs and sugars in stand mixer.
Add half egg mix into flour/cocoa mix and combine.
Add butter and stir in. Add in remaining egg mix.
Transfer to pre-lined baking pan and top with some salt flakes.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fudgy and decadent.
Let cool and sprinkle top with more salt flakes if required.
Display on wooden slab/platter with sprigs of fresh thyme
