Absolut Elyx shaken to perfection with vanilla sugar and fresh passionfruit served straight up in a Martini glass with G.H Mumm Champagne on the side.


  • 45ml Absolut Elyx

  • 30 ml Passionfruit puree (boiron)

  • 2 barspoons vanilla sugar (homemade 1 kg of castor sugar in a food processor with 4 x vanilla pods, I will make)

  • 30ml G.H Mumm Champagne served on Side in shot glass

    Shake all ingredients and strain into Martini glass, serve on slate with 1/2 fresh passionfruit dusted in Vanilla sugar and G.H Mumm Champagne on Side in shot glass
