Roasted Cauliflower with Almonds


  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets

  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil

  • 1 cup sliced Almond

  • Salt & Pepper


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • 2.

    Put cauliflower florets into a 9" by 13" baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.

  • 3.

    Add salt and pepper and almonds.

  • 4.

    Toss well and roast in oven until golden and tender, about 25 minutes.
