This beautiful breakfast is simple, delicious and quik to make. 


  • 2 tbsps of ricotta cheese (reduced fat)

  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread

  • 2 figs, sliced

  • 1 tsp of honey


  • 1.

    In a small bowl, mix the ricotta and cinnamon together.

  • 2.

    Place the bread in toaster and cook to your liking.

  • 3.

    Spread the ricotta over bread evenly then top with sliced fig.

  • 4.

    Drizzle honey over toast then enjoy!
