  • 130g natural muesli

  • 100g grated apple

  • 200ml rice milk

  • A handful of chopped walnuts

  • 20g passionfruit pulp

  • 40g of chopped dates


  • 1.

    Grate apple into a bowl and combine with muesli and rice milk.

  • 2.

    Garnish with walnuts, dates and passionfruit.

    For a softer, more delicate consistency, immerse the muesli and grates apple in rice milk for 15 minutes before serving.
