1. Prepare and mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Coat the beef in the marinade and leave for at least an hour in the fridge. please note you can leave overnight for a more intense flavour.
3. Heat oil in a pan
4. Add Onion and saute
5 Add the marinated beef strips in with the onion and turn frequently for around five minutes or until brown.
