Try this hidden design cake at home to reveal an animal print center.
Cream butter and sugar; add flour, chai powder eggs, and milk and mix until just combined. Split the batter into 3 separate bowls, with one batch being significantly larger than the other 2. In one bowl, add a few drops of brown food colouring and mix well. In the other, add a few drops of black food colour and mix well (you may need to add a little extra sr flour as the colouring can’ water down’ the batter. You need it thick.
Pour a layer of the plain batter on the bottom of the loaf tin. Transfer brown and black batters into separate piping bags; pipe a 2 black lines over the plain batter, then pipe 2 brown lines over the black; top the brown line with another layer of black before covering with a layer of plain batter.
Repeat this process until you run out of batter bake in preheated oven at 140c for 1.5 hours
Allow to cool before icing
Combine icing sugar, coffee, butter, milk and desired amount of food colouring; beat with electric beaters until smooth and well combined; spoon into a piping bag and icing your cake.
