  • 10 passionfruit

  • 1 x 9g sachet  Aeroplane Jelly Lite Tea Infusions Raspberry and Licorice with Green Tea, made to pack instructions


  • 1.

    Cut the top off the passion fruit and scrape out the flesh, keeping the empty passionfruit and pulp.

  • 2.

    Place jelly into the freezer for 1 hour or until just frozen.

  • 3.

    Place the frozen jelly into a blender and puree to a slushy consistency then stir through the passionfruit pulp.

  • 4.

    Serve in the passionfruit shell topped with a sprig of fresh mint.
