Who says jelly is only for the kids? Get creative with this delicious recipe.
Mix apricots through the jelly, refrigerate and set in 6 tea cups.
Mix together almond meal, oats and flour together. Rub the butter through the oat mix and spread onto a baking tray.
Place the oat mix in a 180c oven for 10-15 minutes until browned. Let cool and sprinkle over each jelly cup.
Serve with yoghurt, cream or ice-cream.
