A delicious and healthy breakfast option for spring and summer.


  • 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, chopped

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen

  • 1 large Love Beets (or alternative) cooked beet

  • 5 ice cubes

  • ½ cup light coconut milk or almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey

  • For Serving

  • Fresh mixed berries

  • Muesli

  • Flaked or shredded coconut

  • Plain yoghurt


  • 1.

    Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour smoothie into two bowls. Top with choice of fresh berries, muesli, flaked coconut, and/or plain yoghurt.
