A great curry Thai dish

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil 1/2 tspoon

  • Olive oil 1 tspoon

  • Chicken 500gms

  • Green Curry Paste 2 Tb spoons

  • Capsicum 1/4

  • Green beans 8-10

  • Peas 1/2 handful

  • Bamboo Shoots 1 small can

  • Brocolli small handful

  • Zucchini 1 small

  • Coconut milk 1 1/2 cans

  • Palm sugar 1 tspoon

Method

  • 1.

    Start off but preparing the oil in the pan. Stir curry paste for about i min. Then add in coconut milk stirring until boiled with the palm sugar.

  • 2.

    Add chicken until cooked, then add the rest of the ingredients and stir until you are happy with the taste.

  • 3.

    Serve with boiled rice.

Notes

Add more palm sugar if too spicy.
