A sweet and delicious cocktail, with an unusual pairing of brandy.


  • 20ml St Agnes XO

  • 20ml Calvados

  • 10ml fresh lemon juice

  • One dash sugar syrup

  • One dash grenadine

  • Brut Champagne to fill


  • 1.

    Half fill  a cocktail shaker with cracked ice

  • 2.

    Add Calvados, XO, syrup, grenadine and lemon. Shake the mixture vigorously and strain into a champagne flute packed with cracked ice

  • 3.

    Fill the glass with chilled Champagne
