An alternative to traditional sushi, providing long-lasting energy.


  • 2 slices Helga's Soy & Toasted Sesame Lower Carb bread

  • 50g smoked salmon

  • 2 tablespoons extra light cream cheese

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/3 cup finely grated carrot

  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into lengths


  • 1.

    Flatten the lower carb bread slightly with a rolling pin and spread with cream cheese.

  • 2.

    Spread a thin layer of avocado on the lower carb bread, add salmon, then sprinkle with the carrot and top with a stick of cucumber. Fold over the bread to enclose the filling and roll up.

  • 3.

    Cut each sushi roll into 2.
