Hot Cocoa with Rum


  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 oz Rum or Baileys, Kalhua, Frangelico or your favourite liqueur


  • 1.

    Place ingredients in a small pot and whisk well.

  • 2.

    Place pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.

  • 3.

    Pour in liqueur and serve hot.
