  • 2 cups McKenzie’s White Quinoa, cooked

  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin

  • 1 small zucchini, grated

  • 1 small carrot, grated

  • 2 tbs corn kernels

  • ¼ cup wholemeal flour

  • 150g feta, crumbled

  • 1 large egg

  • McKenzie’s Salt And Pepper Grinder, to taste


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together. Shape into bite-size balls.

  • 2.

    Bake at 180C for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through and starting to turn golden.
