A creamy, filling frittata with delicious seafood and hot sauce.
Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic together in large bowl.
Add crab, potatoes, cheese and onions to bowl; mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into well-greased 10cm deep pan.
Top with parmesan cheese and cover with foil.
Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Remove foil and stir to bring cooked frittata into centre, letting raw mixture run to outer edges.
Bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 73 degrees Celsius.
