Cut the tuna into small pieces
Arrange cucumber slices in a dish
Prepare a marinade with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons of pesto, 2 tablespoons tapenade, diced garlic and sliced onion, pieces of tomato and lemon juice
Generously coat the pieces of tuna
Toast slices of bread, rub with garlic and lemon juice. Dress with tomatoes, lemon and parsley
