Attach the chopping blade to the bowl.
Toss the beef in the flour. Set aside.
Place the oil, balsamic vinegar, onion, carrot, leek and garlic in the bowl.
Press the chop button 10-15 times or until roughly chopped.
Remove the chopping blade and insert the stirring paddle.
Place on high heat for 10 minutes, stirring medium.
Add the meat to the bowl and place on high heat for 10 minutes, stirring medium.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Place on medium heat for 2 hours, stirring medium.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
