Exotic flavours of chilli, pineapple and tequila are added to spice up your regular martini mix.


  • 60ml tequila

  • 90ml H2COCO Pineapple

  • 4 honey grilled pineapple pieces (slightly burnt)

  • 1/2 birds eye chilli (deseeded and chopped)

  • 15ml honey


  • 1.

    Use a chef's torch or a BBQ to char the honey covered pineapple pieces until slightly burnt

  • 2.

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake for 15-20 seconds

  • 3.

    Double strain into a martini glass, garnish with a slightly charred pineapple slice
