  • 330ml H2COCO Pure Coconut Water

  • 10g shredded coconut

  • 20g avocado

  • 4 mint leaves

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1 date

  • Add ice for coolness

    Add all to a blender and blend until the mixture is a smooth light green colour
