Need some inspiration when cooking with eggs? Try this recipe by Paul West.


  • 1 dozen eggs

  • Lemon thyme

  • Salt flakes to season


  • 1.

    Hard boil the eggs then peel them.

  • 2.

    Put the eggs onto a tray and put them into a cold smoker.

  • 3.

    Smoke the eggs for 25 minutes.

  • 4.

    Serve the eggs nesting on the lemon thyme.
