A delicious condiment with sausages.
Put the yellow mustard seeds, water and vinegar into a bowl and allow to stand overnight or for a couple of days if you want a stronger mustard flavour.
Transfer the mixture to a food processor, add the turmeric, honey and salt and process until roughly chopped.
Thin with a little water if the mustard is too thick.
Barbecue the sausages and onion in a little oil until cooked, serve in fresh rolls with the honey mustard. Makes 1 cup of mustard.
