In a large pot place olive oil on a medium to hot stove.
Place pork and beef mince and combine into the hot oil, Cook until brown..
Add onions, garlic, carrot and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
Add beef stock, tomato paste, tomato’s, red wine and all other ingredients and stir well.
Bring to boil and reduce to a simmer for 3 hours covered.
In the last 30 minutes remove the lid to allow to reduce.
Place Spaghetti in salted boiling water and cook for the recommended time on the packet.
Serve Spaghetti with meat sauce, topped with your favourite Grated parmesan cheese.
