A delicious and refreshing dessert.
Juice whole, unpeeled apples using a juicing machine. Set aside.
Get 1L of apple juice. Stir in lemon juice.
Take 1 cup of the juice mixture and place in a pot on medium heat along with sugar and chamomile tea leaves. Bring up to a simmer, then remove from heat and let cool for at least an hour.
Strain the tea/sugar mix through a fine sieve and add the liquid back to the remaining apple juice and stir in the vodka and liquid glucose until well combined. Refrigerate until cold.
Once the mix is cold, churn in an ice cream machine as per manufacturers instructions. Freeze.
Scoop out desired amount and serve with a shot of vodka.
