  • 1/2 watermelon, wedges

  • 12 slices Jamon Serrano

  • Olive oil


  • 1.

    Cut melon into thin wedges. Remove skin.

  • 2.

    Wrap melon wedges in Jamon, making sure all of the melon is covered.

  • 3.

    Brush wedges with olive oil.

  • 4.

    Cook on a hot barbecue.
