A satisfying comfort food, perfect for those chilly winter nights.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup flour

  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan

  • 2 teaspoon thyme leaves

  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Cashew Spread

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

  • 2 large carrots, grated

  • 2 large zucchini, thickly sliced and blanched

  • 400g can condensed chicken soup

  • 2/3 cup sour cream

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • 1.

    Combine flour, parmesan and thyme in a bowl. Rub in KRAFT Cashew spread until mixture resembles coarse, lumpy sand. Set aside.

  • 2.

    Place the vegetables in a greased baking dish. Pour over the combined soup and sour cream. Sprinkle over the crumbs.

  • 3.

    Bake in a moderately hot oven 190 degrees celsius for 30 minutes or until crumbs are golden and zucchini is tender. Serve immediately.
