A delicious nutty treat to share with friends and family. 


  • ¾ cup KRAFT Almond Spread

  • 175g butter, softened

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 cups flour

  • ¼ cup rice flour

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 24 natural almonds


  • 1.

    Cream together the KRAFT Almond Spread, butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in the sifted flours and salt then mix until combined. Gently knead mixture on a lightly floured surface until smooth.

  • 2.

    Press into a lined 28cm x 18cm slice pan and stud with almonds. Bake in a moderately slow oven 160 degrees celsius for 40 minutes. Cut into fingers whilst warm then allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container until required.
