Try this smoothie for a healthy and energised start to your morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh unsweetened coconut milk or cow’s milk

  • 1 banana, chopped

  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces

  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Natural Peanut Butter Smooth

  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and frothy.

  • 2.

    Decorate with additional fruit if desired.

  • 3.

    Serve immediately.
