A delicious pairing of peanut butter and ice cream.


  • 500g banana, peeled, chopped and frozen (375g peeled weight)

  • 1 cup natural yoghurt, optional

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Smooth Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 cup Cadbury Bournville Cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Banana, extra, for serving, optional

  • Strawberries, for serving, optional

  • Toasted flaked coconut, for decorating, optional


  • 1.

    Combine the frozen banana, yoghurt, KRAFT Natural Smooth Peanut Butter, cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor and process until smooth and combined.

    Transfer to a freezer proof container and freeze until firm.

  • 3.

    Stand in refrigerator for up to an hour to soften before serving.

  • 4.

    Scoop into serving dishes and top with extra banana, strawberries and flaked coconut.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately.
