This winter, nourish your body with a healthy and delicious warming drink. 


  • 1 heaped tsp Isowhey® Wholefoods Organic Bio- Fermented Pea and Brown Rice Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp of matcha green tea powder

  • 125ml of coconut or almond milk (I heated mine with a milk frother)

  • Cinnamon to dust


  • 1.

    Spoon the powders into a cup.

  • 2.

    Add boiling water filling half the cup.

  • 3.

    Whisk or stir the powders in the water until combined.

  • 4.

    Warm the milk and add to the tea. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
