This winter, nourish your body with a healthy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup coconut milk

  • 2 teaspoons IsoWhey® Wholefoods Organic Lucuma, Chia + Wildcrafted Coconut Powder

  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 2 teaspoon coconut sugar

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

Method

  • 1.

    Place oats, water, coconut milk, IsoWhey® Wholefoods Powder and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring for 4-5 minutes, or until oats are cooked and creamy.

  • 2.

    Serve porridge with coconut yoghurt, sliced banana, coconut sugar and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
