This dish makes for a delicious family meal when served with rice.
Heat oil in a large frying pan then add the onion and chicken and fry for 10 minutes.
Add in the Keen’s Creamy Chicken Curry Recipe Base and stir in the coconut cream and beans. Simmer on a low heat uncovered for 5-10 minutes until beans are cooked.
Serve hot with steamed rice and fresh coriander.
